Ajara government, in particular, LLC "Stadium" will spend 20 million dollars for arranging ice stage and swimming pool. The state company is not going to announce an electronic tender and asks the State Procurement Agency to grant direct procurement of service.
The government commission has already selected the Canadian company "Westincor Limited". "The letter, which "Stadium" sent to the Procurement Agency states that the deadline is limited and the tender announcement will hinder the process. In addition, "the construction is related to the expenditure of solid financial resources, which at this stage does not have the Ajara government and the construction cost will be gradually covered: 20% within the construction period and 80% for 4 years after the completion of the construction," the letter reads.
